Agritourism Cà del Vento

The agritourism is a rural complex that has been carefully restored over the years. The small farm covers about 13 hectares surrounded by nature among pastures and chestnut groves, just a few minutes from the medieval village of Berceto. Cà del Vento offers an oasis of peace and relaxation surrounded by nature.

Enzo and Gloria, the founders, personally took care of the renovation of the agritourism. In the interior halls and rooms, Gloria expressed all her creativity, decorating doors, tables, signs and walls with her paintings, giving Cà del Vento its original and personal soul.

If you come to visit us in summer, you can enjoy total relaxation in our pool reserved for our guests only. In winter, on the other hand, you can relax and enjoy our breakfasts in the lounge with a fireplace.

Thanks to its proximity to the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park and the Via Francigena, our facility is the ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the area. At Cà del Vento you can enjoy a variety of activities, both indoors and outdoors, from horseback riding lessons - suitable for young and old - to shiatsu treatments with a professional trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our farm is not only the heart of the agritourism, but also a centre for breeding Anglo-Arabian horses. We are a public stud farm and breed sport horses ideal for trekking (especially mountain) and equestrian disciplines such as working riding. In addition, we grow all the vegetables and fruit that are served in our restaurant, guaranteeing fresh, quality products that reflect the authenticity of our land.

Today, the management of the Farm has passed into the hands of the new generation of the Agnetti family, who carry on the family tradition by breeding, selling and promoting the Anglo-Arabian and Sella Italiano horses genealogical lines.

In addition to breeding and sales, the Farm is a public stud for the equine species and provides horse breaking, training and breeding support services.

The Equestrian Club Cà del Vento is an affiliated centre of the Federazione Italiana Turismo Equestre e Trec–Ante (FITETREC–Ante), a body recognised by CONI. Within Cà del Vento, there are two qualified FITETREC–Ante instructors: Elena and Pietro. The latter manage the Equestrian Club and are the contact persons for all the activities concerning the Club. Thanks to their expertise and passion for the disciplines of horseback riding, we can provide our guests and members of the Equestrian Club with the utmost professionalism, through high quality lessons, both for amateurs and for those who practice horseback riding at a competitive level.

Cà del Vento is a family-run business: today, it is the third generation of the Agnetti family that runs the agritourism and all the activities within it. The history of Cà del Vento began in 1981, when Enzo Agnetti, together with his wife Gloria, bought the property, driven by the desire to live and work with his great passion: horses.

While Enzo takes care of all the horse breeding and Farm management, Gloria takes care of every detail of the interior of the facility, thus giving Cà del Vento a real soul.

Over time and thanks to the cooperation and dedication of the whole family, the business expanded more and more and, in 1995, Cà del Vento was established as the first agritourism in Berceto.

We are a passionate family that manages the Agritourism Cà del Vento with love and dedication. Arianna, the hospitality manager, takes care of the rooms and catering, guaranteeing a warm welcome and genuine cuisine. Elena and Pietro, qualified instructors of the equestrian club, also manage the horse breeding in our farm. Together, we share our passion for nature, horses and local traditions, offering our guests an authentic and unforgettable experience.
